Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer (born August 4th, 1981) is an American actor. She is best known for her performance in the film The Haunting in Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful and This Is Where I Leave You as well as for her roles on the television show Angela's Eyes Mad Men Hawthorne and Suits. She currently stars as Amantha Holden on her role on the Sundance Channel drama series Rectify. Abigail Leigh Spencer, an American actor and director of films who also works on television. Her most well-known work was in her work on the drama series Rectify and on the sci-fi show Timeless. Gulf Breeze Florida native made her acting d but with the show All My Children. The actress was awarded the Soap Opera Digest Award for the Best Female Newcomer. Her roles were mostly as guest actors during a number of years on television shows. Her performance was praised for the part she took on as the Dr. Erin Jameson of Hawthorne. With her amazing looks and her acting skills, she slowly gained a massive audience. In the film Campfire Stones, she played an important role in it at the age of 20. She has also appeared as a character in Jekyll This Means War, Chasing Mavericks as well as other films. To honor her performance on Beautiful Now she received a Madrid International Film Festival Award nomination. In the past, she played Lucy Preston (history professor) in Timeless. The show has been appreciated by critics and Spencer's role has resulted in her being nominated for The Teen Choice Award.
